Returning for a second year, the Wellbeing Fair is great place to meet local groups and organisations, and find out more about services and opportunities available locally to help everyone get active and feel good.

Featuring sports and physical activity, body and mind health, social and volunteering opportunities, and support services, the event includes:

• Demonstrations and taster workshops.

• Organised local walks and bike rides starting on the High Street.
