Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health is a registered charity (RCN 1199185); through walking and talking we aim to normalise conversations around mental health and stop the related stigma. Step by step, we empower people to find hope — and their voice. We talk about anything from maintaining good mental health to support that is available for poor mental health. We run weekly walks that are each led by a trained Mental Health First Aider.
