Buzz with Junk Jodie and Bobby Bee to explore the importance of gardens and insects. Spark creativity and meet with recycled friends like Greyson Grasshopper, Leonardo Lady Bird and Betsy Butterfly! Get ready to be inspired to transform junk into Toys! Bee Insect-AZING will encourage imaginative play including singalongs, dancing, and a Junk-TASTIC craft activity where you will create your very own Bobby Bee to take home and buzz around!
11am, 12.30pm & 2.15pm The Puppet Petting Farm with HandMade Theatre (30 mins)
Come join us down on the farm for this fantastic puppet show from HandMade Theatre. Featuring a wonderful collection of loveable animals from the cheeky goat to the giant highland cow. Playfully interact with these wonderful puppets and enjoy original music and songs. The puppets are handcrafted from recycled materials and come to life in this fun filled show suitable for the whole family.
The Puppet Petting Farm was commissioned by Applause Rural Touring In 2024 and builds on the company’s growing portfolio of Puppet Busking shows.
11.30am & 1pm Drop-in craft workshop with Handmade Theatre (1 hour, drop in)
Join HandMade Theatre for a creative workshop inspired by their show The Puppet Petting Farm. Use simple recycled materials to make your very own animal puppets. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

10.30am - 3pm Wildflower Wishes with Andover Trees United (drop in)
Mix wildflower seeds with soil and clay to form small seed bombs. Once dried, they can be taken home to plant or toss them into a garden, meadow, or roadside area (with permission). Learn about pollinators, native plants, and the beauty of the countryside.
10.30am – 3pm Mini Rangers with TVBC Countryside Team (drop in)
Find out what Test Valley Countryside Team do. Have a go throwing a throw line, take part in a litter picking challenge, explore what lives in the River Anton and ID some local species.

Are you a budding artist? The Guildhall in Andover is 200 years old this year, and we are inviting young artists to draw the building. Pictures will be exhibited in the Guildhall on Sunday 14th September.
